Assignment Description:

We are looking for an R&D Process Improvement Manager

What you will work on:

  • Maintain and improve core R&D and product development processes
  • Lead process improvement initiatives as project manager
  • Support engineering teams with process and tool-related improvements
  • Drive change management across R&D organizations
  • Contribute to R&D digitalization initiatives, including PLM tools and AI use cases
  • Improve engineering, quality, assurance and workflow efficiency
  • Facilitate large meetings and improvement workshops
  • Align processes across departments and stakeholders

What you bring:

  • Strong experience in process improvement and operational excellence
  • Proven change management and stakeholder management skills
  • Project management experience, preferably in engineering environments
  • Degree in Engineering (BSc/MSc) or equivalent practical experience
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Experience with IT tools and digitalization is a strong plus
  • Experience facilitating workshops and cross-functional sessions is a plus
  • Knowledge of Agile, Lean, and/or Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
  • Fluent in English; Swedish is preferred
